Thammasat University, Sahapat Group, and TNLX launched "SEED TO SUCCESS," a hands-on experiential learning project.
Thammasat University, in collaboration with the Sahapattana Group and TNLX Company Limited, held an opening ceremony for the project “SEED TO SUCCESS.” The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dumrong Adunyarittigun, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Asst. From the Sahapattana Group, Ms. Urairat Wattanasangonsak, Vice President of TNLX, and Dr. Pornanong Meepoomru, Deputy Director of Human Resources and President of the Sahapattana Group Human Resource Management Club, participated in the project opening ceremony on June 4, 2026, at Kingsquare Hall, KINGSQUARE Building.
The project is organized to provide students with the opportunity to learn outside the classroom through experiential learning, practice teamwork, and develop essential skills necessary for future employment. This is facilitated through the design thinking process, which promotes creativity, problem-solving, and communication with others.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dumrong noted that this project fosters learning through hands-on experience and teamwork in real-world situations. He likened students to seeds with potential that, with proper nurturing and opportunity, can grow into a significant force for the nation.
The project supports Thammasat University's TU IMPACT concept, which aims to produce well-rounded students capable of collaboration, creative thinking, and adaptation. It encourages them to integrate technology and AI while connecting business challenges to social and global realities.
Ms. Urairat described Seed to Success as an education-business partnership offering students academic and professional experience. This two-month pilot will culminate in a showcase at June's Sathufair.
At the orientation, she thanked Thammasat University for its support and encouraged students to complete the program together.
For the "S2S Project: Seed to Success," students from seven faculties, colleges, and institutes participated, including the Faculty of Science and Technology, the Faculty of Engineering, the College of Innovation, the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication, and the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology. Participants will learn to collaborate across disciplines while developing essential skills through practical hands-on experience throughout the duration of the project.
The collaboration between Thammasat University and the Sahapattana Group, along with TNLX Company Limited, marks another significant step in linking classroom learning with real-world experience. This partnership aims to collaboratively develop a new generation equipped with knowledge, skills, and experiences that will pave the way for future success.
